Ricardo OS is a private personal productivity and information-management system. It helps its owner organize email, calendar events, files, contacts, tasks and related context across authorized services.
When explicitly authorized by the account owner, Ricardo OS may access Google Workspace data required for enabled functions, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Contacts.
External communications and other sensitive actions are subject to human approval controls. Ricardo OS is not offered as a public multi-user service.
Google user data is not sold and is not used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Use of Google Workspace API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
